The Five-Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plans, and Assessment Reports for housing and community development are provided to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a condition of receipt of funding of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships programs. The Office of Housing is associated with one citizen-based board and one committee, served by a total of 28 voting members. The City Council-appointed boards and committee meet monthly to discuss issues regarding the maintenance and promotion of affordable housing.
